Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 business days and delivery confirmed by way of a confirmation email.
3. Refunds policy
The provision of accommodation and services by Growthpoint Student Accommodation Holdings (RF) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Growthpoint Student Accommodation Holdings (RF) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Growthpoint Student Accommodation Holdings (RF) Ltd will not refund any application fee. Cancellation of accommodation is subject to Growthpoint Student Accommodation Holdings (RF) Ltd cancellation policy and the client will attract a 15% administration fee.
4. Customer Privacy policy
Growthpoint Student Accommodation Holdings (RF) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
