1. You must complete the form on the website for every successful referral. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct details are entered.
2. You cannot refer anyone who started their application before the campaign’s publication date (29/11/2023).
3. If you are/were a Thrive resident in 2023, you cannot refer someone who was also a Thrive resident in 2023. You can only refer someone who did not have a boarding or tenant agreement in 2023 in any of the Thrive Student Living buildings.
4. The cash is paid on condition that the referee signs a lease and moves into any qualifying Thrive residences before 29 February 2024.
5. The cash will not be paid if any of the personal information entered for the referee on the website does not match the information on the signed Lease/Board and Lodging Agreement.
6. All payments will be processed by 25 March 2024. Should your referral be unsuccessful, you will be notified accordingly before 25 March 2024.
7. You can only refer to room types that accommodate single occupancy. i.e., only single rooms (single ensuite, single trio, single duo etc.).
8. Thrive Student Living reserves the right to terminate or modify the campaign or change the terms at any time. Thrive Student Living reserves the rights to limit the benefits under this promotion if the referee is already enjoying benefits under any other offer or promotion.
9. Mobile phone numbers will be utilized for processing payments. Hence, it is the responsibility of the Referrer to verify that the provided number is accurate, as we do not assume liability for any inaccuracies.
10. After the completion of payments, the recipient will have a 24-hour window to redeem or withdraw the funds. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the money.
